This Country meets Close Encounters

PROBE:D sets out to posit the familiar hypothetical, 'What would the aliens make of us?' and imagines how a mad gaggle of British archetypes might look to inscrutable foreign eyes, as it models in microcosm - and with humour - the sapien arc towards self destruction.

This is an intelligently crafted character comedy, moving towards dark farce as the locals blunder into increasingly devious and deadly acts.
