After his glorious triumph against the DoRons, Jeb’s star has waned and his love life is in tatters. Desperate for notoriety, he collaborates in an experiment which opens a breach between dimensions, accidentally allowing a massive rubbery dinopoid to escape. Abetted by lunatics, and forestalled by murderous do-gooders, he must race the rampaging beast to California in order to save the woman he loves, before a disenchanted hippie president can trigger the nukes.
